Inquire about date availability to Fair Manager - Trista Mclaughin at 712-579-1779 or harrisoncountyiowafair@gmail.com. The City of Missouri Valley rents the Grooms Hall building. Please contact them for that information.
Applications will be posted in the forms section. They usually become available in June. The contest is limited to the first 15 applications received.

We are encouraging online pre-registration prior to arrival to fair. All exhibts this year will still be able to be entered and checked in at a designated time during fair if you do not pre-register (see fair events tab for open class schedule)
Camping during the fair is reserved for 4-Hers and their families, Fair board and if available some vendors. All campers will be parked with a fair board member. Please refer to the camping rules in the fair book.
Camping outside of fair dates is handled by the City of Missouri Valley, please contact them.
We do allow for overnight parking on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Gail Hatcher 712-592-3093
The Missouri Valley Chamber of Commerce oversees this event. Please watch their social media for details in July. It is typically held on the Saturday of the Fair at 10:30 AM.
There is no general admission at the Harrison County Fair. Our fair is free for all to attend. Parking is free.
There is admission to our grandstand events
Adults- $15, Children 12 & under $5, Under age 5 are free.
New in 2025: free admission to Friday, July 25th Grandstand event!!

Yes! There will be an ATM on-site during Fair Week! It will be located outside of the 4-H Building.
